Welcome to our new Windsor Hills home. Completed in November 2005, we worked with a professional interior designer to ensure the furnishings were both luxurious and comfortable. From the moment you enter our villa you will be struck by the feeling of light and space from high ceilings, large windows and an open design.
With nearly 3,000 sq ft of living space, our villa offers five large bedrooms and every bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. Being spread over two floors, our villa is very comfortable for two families or groups. Facing onto the castle themed children’s play area and being just a short stroll from the clubhouse, our villa has a great location within Windsor Hills. Having the main living areas (family room and kitchen), facing onto the pool offers the maximum amount of usable living space.
The covered poolside dining area runs almost the length of the house and has an overhead fan so outside dining is comfortable even in warm weather.
We employ a well established company in Orlando to manage our villa. In addition to ensuring the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay. As unlimited phone usage is included in our rental rates, guests can avail of dial up internet access to their local, out of state or overseas internet provider - all free of charge. There is access point at the kitchen bar area specifically for portable PCs.
There is a coded lockbox at the villa containing keys so on arrival, guests can access the villa without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if their travel arrangements are running behind schedule. For the comfort of our guests, we operate a no smoking policy in the villa. Pets are not allowed.
