DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Windsor Hills is on record as being the closest resort to the Disney parks. It is an exclusive 5 Star Resort situated just West of the I-4, and less than 1 mile South of the US 192 on the Old Lake Wilson road. Our townhouse contains 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, all with en suite facilities. Each room has a large walk-in closet with ample storage. A 20 inch TV/DVD combo is located in both double rooms, while the twin room has a 27 inch TV and a Playstation with some games for the children. A double sofa bed is also available in the lounge area. Hairdryers are available in each bedroom. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room

The large living area is an open plan to the dining kitchen. It contains a large sofa (which can easily be pulled out into a double bed), and 2 easy chairs. For your entertainment, it is equipped with a wall-mounted 42 inch plasma television, (Cable television with Premiership football and 47 premium movie channels), surround sound, a DVD/CD player and a selection of DVDs and CDs. A 5MB cable broadband connection with wireless router is also available.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with 4-ring cooker/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. A dining area is situated within the kitchen. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. There is a separate utility area upstairs which houses a washer and dryer. Our townhouse has it's own splash-pool with Jacuzzi facility.

As well as all the facilities in and around the Kissimmee/Orlando area, our Townhouse is located in the 5-Star Windsor Hills Resort. The first thing you'll notice when you arrive at the resort is that it's a gated community, and that the gatehouse is manned by security on a 24x7 basis. You'll then drive for a few hundred yards to our home, and on the way you can't help but notice the Clubhouse and pool complex on your left. When you get the chance to look around, you'll find that as far as resort facilities are concerned, you're spoiled for choice! Choose from ..... A double Olympic sized pool with spa, Children's water park with waterslides, fountains and toddler pool, Children's play area, Tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, State-of-the-art fitness room, Games room with pool tables, table tennis and arcade-style video games, high definition surround sound movie theatre, on-site shop, etc.
